Breakups are AWFUL. Especially when we seem to find the same people in different bodies and refuse to see the pattern...doh! In this class, we will uncover some of the healing blockages we're experiencing and identify patterns of self-sabotage and empower boundaries.  Each class will be informal and conversational, led in a manner that organically fosters and empowers self-awareness, feedback, and growth.
