Fertility Struggles Mindfulness, Meditation, & Connection

For some women/couples, fertility doesn't come easily. Infertility and fertility issues have increased tremendously in the last decade. In this class, we will consciously connect through the challenges and identify ways to collectively strengthen through fertility challenges.

Expect to laugh, cry, and hold space for the grief felt when our bodies don't cooperate in the way we expect them too. We will honor our path of adversity and build positive and healthy mindsets to fuel our journey.
