What happens when we combine somatic healing + sound? We give the body another way to let go of what it’s been holding. 💜

Somatic work is based on a simple idea: stress isn’t only something we think about—it’s something we experience in the body. Tight shoulders. A clenched jaw. Shallow breathing. Restlessness. Feeling constantly “on.” Sometimes we can understand exactly why we’re stressed and still struggle to actually feel settled.

That’s where somatic practices come in.

Rather than trying to think your way into relaxation, we’ll use gentle movement, breath, body awareness, grounding and nervous-system regulation techniques to help the body shift out of that constant state of doing, bracing and holding.

Then we add sound. 🎶
