About the event

Men, it's time to get slow your hustle mindset and embrace flow. Learn to sit with your thoughts to appreciate the growth and creativity that comes from purposeful action and connection.   This is not your AVERAGE meditation class. I combine proven NLP techniques with meditation and HUMOR. It's time to STOP doing the same things over and expect a different result. This class will motivate, calm, and foster mindful connections.
