Teaching our children self-care, mindfulness, and healthy coping strategies is crucial to empowering them to be well-rounded and resilient individuals. In this class, I incorporate music, color therapy, and kid friendly meditation strategies. This class fosters the parent/child bonding and healthy communication practices needed to cope with life's inevitable ups and downs.  This class allows attendees to meet like-minded parents and kids. Building a community of conscious parenting.
