Single Parent Meditation & Banter

Being a single parent is ROUGH. Coupled friends don't understand the scheduling limitations, dual responsibility, and additional stress of either doing it alone, or co-parenting. In these workshops, we'll cultivate mindfulness and share awareness with those in similar situations. WE definitely need the ability to slow down and make meaningful connections, probably more than most. These classes are designed to bring a sense of calm and community to single parents.  This is not your AVERAGE meditation class. I combine proven NLP techniques with meditation and HUMOR. It's time to STOP doing the same things over and expect a different result.
