Social and Emotional Workshop Series for Kids & Teens

6 Day Workshop-2 Days/Week for 3 Weeks

Each Session is split into two parts-

Part One: 

Process starts with a setup statement. The setup statement will prepare the participants for the process. It is simply acknowledging how they feel and teaching a level of acceptance and emotional understanding. This will help them to have more honest conversations and will help them to release judgement for 'Self'. 

We will create a safe space where we accept all facets of the 'Self'. This part will include teaching the process of 'Journaling' by expressing emotions through writing, drawing, and/or music.

 Part Two: 

Working with 3 simple but distinct meditation techniques. 

Day 1 & 2: Mediation-I - 'Connecting with the World Outside' 

Day 3 & 4: Mediation-2 - 'Connecting with Our Inner World' 

Day 5 & 6: Mediation-3 - 'Short Silent Meditation'
